FAQ

Where do you ship?
I currently ship within the US and to Australia. However, shipping to Australia can be on the high side due to distance. If you’d like your order sent elsewhere, contact me directly and I’ll look into it.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location but usually takes 5–10 business days within the US. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Why are the pieces more expensive than mass-produced pottery?
Each piece is made by hand, one at a time, and takes many hours of work. They’re original artworks that can’t be compared to pottery mass-produced and glazed by machines.

Do you accept custom orders?
I’m happy to discuss ideas that align with my style. If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I send a piece as a gift?
Absolutely. Just add a note at checkout and I’ll include a handwritten message. Gift wrapping may also be available upon request.

What materials do you use?
I use high-quality clay and food-safe glazes. Each piece is kiln-fired for strength and durability. As long as you don't drop, pottery will last for literally thousands of years.

Are all pieces one-of-a-kind?
Yes. No two pieces are ever identical. Variations in glaze, shape, and texture are part of what makes each item special.

How should I care for my pottery?
To keep your piece looking its best, I recommend hand washing. Avoid soaking unglazed areas, sudden temperature changes, and microwave use, as these can cause stress to the pottery.

What is your return policy?
Because each piece is unique, I don’t accept returns. All care is taken to package your order securely, but if something arrives damaged, please send photos (and a short video if possible) so we can work together on a resolution.
